Pastor Doug's Thought For Today 4/1

Good Morning,
It is another brisk morning, but the day looks like it will be warmer today. MDO today, so lots of kids. Tomorrow will be the final MidWeek@Ashland of the semester. I hope you can join us. We will be moving Confirmation to Sunday mornings. We have missed so many Wednesdays that we won't confirm until May 18th. I hope you have a wonderful day. Don't forget to order your flowers; they are running short. Make sure you get your favorites.
Blessings, Doug
I have tickets for Saturday night Rotary event at Albrecht Kemper—food and drinks at 6:00 followed by a program on the 500-mile Camino trail. Tickets are free, first come, first serve. Great event.

Today's Scripture

Psalm 14:1 (New International Version)
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

Today's Thought

Interesting. David tells us that don't believe in God are corrupt. He says their deeds are vile. I would say David is onto something. Now, catch the first part, "the fool says in his heart." A person is reflective of what they believe not by what they say, but what they do. Just a thought for today!
