Renee grew up in Gallatin, MO, and later moved to St. Joseph to attend Missouri Western State University. She graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. After meeting her husband Matt, they moved to Kearney, MO, where they lived for 7 years.During that time, Renee held a job as a claims examiner for a travel insurance company. In 2010, Renee and her family moved back to St. Joseph, and she dedicated the next 14 years to raising their children as a stay-at-home mom. With a passion for educating young children and sharing the love of Jesus, she has over 20 years of experience teaching Sunday School and volunteering with VBS. In 2022, Renee joined her husband with the Paden Group at Reece Nichols Ide Capital Realty as the Marketing Director. For the past 16 years, she has volunteered as a sponsor for the New Generation Singers, helping youth share God’s love throughout the community. In her free time, Renee loves spending time with family and friends. Renee and her husband Matt have been married 21 years and have three children, Madison, Kendra and Christian. They also have a fur baby named Lily.
