						<description><![CDATA[Good Morning,We have another beautiful morning in St, Joseph.  The cooler weather is very helpful in training.  I am on track to run the St. Joseph Marathon (Half-Marathon) the end of September.  So far so good.  MDO is on break creating less traffic around Ashland.  It is the calm before the storm.  Next week we start school, kick off Wednesday programing.  It will be an exciting fall at Ashland ...]]></description>
